  • Produces up to 30 containers per minute depending on the product.
  • Automatically drops one container per cycle.
  • Automatically seals and cuts film for each container.

MODEL 890

SEMI-AUTOMATIC FILLER

  • Positive pump has exceptional filling accuracy from 3 ounces to 1 quart.


  • Speed is variable up to 3,000 containers per hour.

MODEL "T"

HALF GALLON FILLER

  • The "T" requires 220 Volt single phase 20 amp.
  • Air requirements are 10 CFM at 70 PSI.
  • With direct continuous freezers hookup, this filler will accommodate ice cream, sherbets, ice cream with fruit and/or nuts. The filler automatically synchronizes its speed with freezers.
  • Produces up to 3,600 half gallon containers per hour.
  • Filling control is accomplished with time proven spring tension combined with cut off control.
  • Filler is mounted on casters and equipped with leveling legs so that it may be quickly moved when not in use.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT

  • A special variegator has been designed to place a ribbon of produce in a circular pattern into the ice cream. Available to run one or two flavor syrups.
  • A nozzle plate and nozzle divider are available to run three flavors of ice cream.
  • Mechanical type coder is available.
